What You Will Be Responsible For
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
Own inbound lead response and initial qualification
Lead consultative discovery conversations with homeowners
Sell pre-design and design agreements as the primary close
Guide prospects through a structured, multi-step sales process
Manage long sales cycles common to luxury remodeling and design-build work
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as designers, architects, and realtors
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and activity tracking
Represent the brand professionally with high-net-worth clients
This role prioritizes clarity, trust, and alignment over pressure or volume.
