This organization creates architecturally significant, one-of-a-kind residences ranging from $5M to $25M+, crafted for ultra-high-net-worth individuals who expect the extraordinary.

As the company enters a major national expansion phase, we are conducting a nationwide search for a polished, influential professional capable of developing elite relationships, shaping new-market demand, and activating UHNW networks across the country. While the role is based onsite in Las Vegas, the company offers full relocation support for the right candidate.

About the Opportunity

The Client Development Manager will lead the front end of a multimillion-dollar custom home pipeline. You will identify, cultivate, and activate relationships with affluent individuals, private client advisors, luxury real estate leaders, and strategic partners — ultimately generating opportunities for architecturally significant custom homes.

This is not transactional sales.

This is a strategic influence position requiring emotional intelligence, presence, cultural fluency, and the ability to navigate UHNW environments with ease.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Creation & Client Development

  • Generate a steady flow of qualified UHNW prospects aligned with custom home opportunities.
  • Expand and curate a national network of influencers, advisors, and partners across wealth management, private clubs, luxury real estate, private aviation, and premium lifestyle brands.
  • Identify individuals capable and ready to pursue luxury custom home projects.

Relationship Cultivation

  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with affluent decision-makers and strategic partners.
  • Maintain visibility in exclusive social networks, private events, philanthropic circles, and invite-only experiences.
  • Represent the brand with absolute discretion, sophistication, and UHNW emotional intelligence.

Client Experience Activation

  • Qualify prospects for readiness, lifestyle alignment, financial capacity, and architectural fit.
  • Book high-quality appointments for senior leadership and the Client Experience Center.
  • Support a seamless, elevated client journey from first interaction through onboarding.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor UHNW market trends, luxury real estate activity, land opportunities, and strategic shifts across the U.S.
  • Provide insights that influence outreach, expansion, and brand-positioning strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging with UHNW expectations.

  • Discipline, organization, follow-through, and high personal accountability.
  • Ability to travel as needed for national events and market engagement.
  • Willingness to relocate to Las Vegas with company support.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $125,000–$160,000 (based on experience and network strength).
  • Year-one bonus: Up to 30% discretionary bonus to support onboarding and pipeline development — target earnings approximately $200,000 in year one.
  • Commission: Percentage of commission on each custom home sold, paid in three milestone stages (contract signing, construction start, client turnover).
  • Long-term earnings: As relationships deepen and pipeline matures, top performers can achieve $300,000 to $400,000+ annually, with additional upside tied to deal flow and UHNW network activation.
