Have you ever been so disappointed by something that it fundamentally changed the way you think? Did it drive you to make a radical decision? If so, then you know how it felt when I started Precision Sales Recruiting. Like many leaders, I needed to hire a salesperson for a critical role, so I decided to use a sales recruiter. Having been in Talent Acquisition for over 10 years, I thought it would be nice to be on the other side of the hiring table.

I was completely disappointed in my experience. The recruiter did not communicate well, sent me unqualified candidates, and did not seem to care about my needs. The candidates I did get to speak to did not have good things to say. I could not believe this was happening.

This fundamentally changed the way I thought about recruiting. I made a radical decision to start Precision Sales Recruiting. I am unique because I have been in your shoes, and I know the pain business leaders experience when they have a bad sales hire. My brand promise is that I will personally review every candidate that is sent to you, and if I say yes to them meeting you, that is because I would hire them too, period.

As a lifelong learner, I love growing more every day, and I have tailored my educational journey to be a better strategic partner for our clients. I have earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development, and a Master of Science in Business Law and Compliance.
