Meet the Founder: Marshall Scabet
Founder and CEO
Marshall Scabet is a sales-focused recruiting leader with deep experience in high-performance sales, talent acquisition, and organizational leadership. After a successful career in the United States Army, where he led and developed recruiting teams across multiple regions, he transitioned into the private sector and built a strong foundation in sales, sales coaching, and team development.
Marshall later served as Vice President of Recruiting at Forrest Performance Group, a global sales training and performance consulting firm. In that role, he worked closely with organizations operating in complex, high-stakes sales environments to evaluate sales talent and refine a recruiting approach grounded in sales psychology, behavior, and measurable performance.
Today, as CEO of Precision Sales Recruiting, Marshall leads a national recruiting firm focused exclusively on helping manufacturing organizations hire proven sales professionals who consistently deliver results. His background in sales leadership, recruiting, and talent development drives Precision’s mission to help manufacturers build high-performing sales teams that outperform their competition.
Our Origin Story
Precision Sales Recruiting began inside Forrest Performance Group, a globally recognized sales training organization headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. FPG launched a recruiting division after realizing that no external partner consistently met their standards for evaluating sales talent. What started as an internal solution quickly grew in demand.
Marshall joined FPG in 2023 and helped formalize the recruiting methodology that eventually became The Precision Method. As the recruiting division grew, it required dedicated leadership and structure. FPG separated the training and recruiting divisions, and Marshall became the CEO of the newly independent Precision Sales Recruiting.
Today, Precision Sales Recruiting and FPG remain close partners. Clients benefit from world-class sales training combined with a proven performance-based recruiting system.
