We do not use client business data, such as revenue, conversion metrics, or internal KPIs, for any purpose other than to fulfill our recruitment and advisory services.

Service Providers and Automated Tools

To deliver our services, Precision Sales Recruiting uses third-party software platforms and automated tools. These include applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems, sourcing platforms, document and proposal tools, and artificial intelligence tools that help us organize, evaluate, and manage candidate and client information.

When we use these tools:

• We share only the information reasonably necessary to perform the service.
• All third-party providers are contractually required to protect the information we share and to use it only to provide services to us.
• We do not permit the artificial intelligence tools we use to retain your information for their own purposes or to use it to train their models.

The use of automated tools supports our team in managing information efficiently. It does not replace human judgment in recruiting decisions, which are made by our team.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal or business information. We may share information with:

• Candidates and clients, for the purpose of facilitating introductions and interviews
• Third-party service providers, as described in Section 3, that help us deliver our services
• Legal authorities, where required by law or where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud or abuse

All third-party vendors are contractually required to comply with applicable data protection standards.

Confidential Client Data

Precision Sales Recruiting treats all client business data as strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Revenue and sales performance figures
• Hiring budgets and internal HR strategies
• Competitive intelligence and team structures

Candidate information is retained for the duration of our active relationship and for a reasonable period afterward so that we can consider you for future opportunities, unless you request deletion. When information is no longer required, we delete it or render it anonymous.

Your Rights

Clients and candidates may:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about them
• Request deletion of their records
• Update or correct inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications

To exercise any of these rights, please email privacy@precisionsalesrecruiting.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by the laws that apply to you, and in most cases within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
