At Precision Sales Recruiting, we believe a clear and professional process gives candidates the confidence to succeed. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us.
Outreach
Our Sales Talent Scouts identify top-performing sales professionals like you and contact them with opportunities that match their skills, experience, and career goals.
Discovery Call - 15 Minutes
We schedule an initial call to learn about you, your background, your career ambitions, and what you’re looking for in your next opportunity.
Targeted Skills Interview - 1 Hour
Sales is more about behavior than personality. The Targeted Skills Interview (TSI) is a 1-hour Zoom call. During the TSI, we’ll ask targeted questions to understand how you sell, solve problems, and how you have delivered results in past roles.
Online Assessment
We use an assessment called the Sales Preference Questionnaire (SPQ) / Full Spectrum Advocacy (FSA). It is an online assessment that measures all known symptoms of sales producer’s reluctance to making sales calls. It also identifies eight imposters that can affect sales activity, along with test-taking behaviors and much more. *Not all jobs require this. Your recruiter will give you specific guidance during your interview. For more information, visit:
Client Review
Once you’ve completed the Targeted Skills Interview, we package your profile and present it to our client for consideration.
Client Interview
If selected, we schedule a 45 minute interview with you, the client, and your recruiter. Your recruiter will ask you to drop off of the call after 30 minutes so they can capture immediate feedback from the client.
Clients determine if any additional interviews or on-site visits are required.
Formal Offer
When an offer is extended, we work closely with both you and the client to negotiate terms that meet your needs and expectations.
Onboarding
After acceptance, we assist with coordinating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role. We will connect you to the Client Experience Team at Forrest Performance Group (FPG) to help complete your enrollment. We will keep in contact after you start.
