Marshall Scabet is the Founder and CEO of Precision Sales Recruiting, a veteran-owned manufacturing and industrial B2B sales recruiting firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. He created The PRECISION Method™, the proprietary 9-dimension evaluation framework PSR uses to assess every candidate before they reach a client.
Marshall has spent more than 13 years placing top-performing sales professionals for manufacturers, capital equipment companies, and industrial technology businesses across the United States. He has personally evaluated thousands of candidates and worked with companies across manufacturing and industrial markets, from capital equipment and engineered products to industrial distribution and technical sales. Career and Professional Background
Before founding Precision Sales Recruiting, Marshall served as Vice President of Recruiting at a national sales recruiting firm headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. There he worked directly with manufacturing and industrial companies to evaluate sales talent, refine candidate assessment methodologies, and formalize what would eventually become The PRECISION Method™.
Marshall's foundation in recruiting traces back to his service in the United States Army. There he developed recruiting operations across multiple regions, trained other recruiters, and built the structured approach to evaluation he uses today. Those years gave him the discipline, process orientation, and high-stakes decision-making that became the operating philosophy behind Precision Sales Recruiting.
His experience spans both high-volume recruiting environments and executive-level sales searches. He has built teams, trained recruiters, and coached hiring managers across a wide range of industries. Today, that experience is reflected in the structured hiring process he delivers to every client engagement.
Education and Credentials
Marshall holds two graduate degrees:
- Master of Science in Legal Studies (Business Law and Compliance, specializing in manufacturing and Oil and Gas), Texas A&M University
- Master's in Human Resources and Organizational Development, University of Louisville
These programs strengthened his understanding of employment practices, organizational behavior, and the legal frameworks that govern hiring decisions. He applies this knowledge to build compliant, defensible, and effective recruiting processes for his clients.
