Southeast U.S. · National · International Full-Time · Field-Based Domestic & International Travel Base $100,000–$120,000 + Bonus

We are looking for a high-performing, technically capable sales professional to take ownership of a multi-market territory and drive growth across industrial, OEM, and distribution channels.

This is not a transactional sales role. You will operate as a strategic partner to your customers — helping them solve real-world application challenges while expanding market share across a diverse and evolving region.

You will lead sales efforts across a dynamic, multi-channel territory working with OEM manufacturers, builders and fabricators, industrial distributors, and dealer and reseller networks. If you thrive in complex sales environments where product knowledge, relationships, and execution all matter, this role is built for you.


What You Will Be Responsible For

Grow the Territory
  • Build and execute a plan to increase revenue across multiple channels
  • Proactively pursue and win new business
  • Expand existing relationships to drive additional revenue
Develop Strong Customer Partnerships
  • Build credibility with decision-makers across accounts
  • Become a reliable resource customers turn to for guidance
  • Navigate multi-layered organizations and buying groups
Provide Application-Based Solutions
  • Understand how customers are using products in real-world settings
  • Recommend solutions that improve performance and outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal teams when specialized support is needed
Manage Your Business
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts
  • Track activity and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Partner with leadership on pricing, terms, and account strategy
Represent the Company in the Field
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer visits
  • Stay current on market conditions, competitors, and trends

Experience & Background

Required
  • 5+ years in technical or industrial sales
  • Experience working with manufacturing and OEM customers, distribution partners, and industrial or construction-related markets
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Experience managing a territory and sales pipeline
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard business tools
Preferred
  • Background in specialty materials, coatings, adhesives, composites, or similar industries
  • Experience working through distributor networks
  • Exposure to international markets — Latin America experience is a plus
  • Spanish language skills

Where You Will Work

  • Coverage includes Southeast U.S., select national accounts, and international markets
  • Regular travel required, including both domestic and international trips
