
About Marshall Scabet
Marshall Scabet is the Founder and CEO of Precision Sales Recruiting, a national recruiting firm specializing in manufacturing and complex B2B sales talent. He developed The PRECISION Method™, a structured hiring framework that helps manufacturing leaders identify and hire proven sales producers with greater accuracy and lower risk.
Marshall has spent more than two decades in recruiting, sales leadership, and talent evaluation. Over the course of his career, he has personally evaluated thousands of candidates and worked with companies across manufacturing. Career and Professional Background
Before founding Precision Sales Recruiting, Marshall served as Vice President of Recruiting at Forrest Performance Group (FPG), a globally recognized sales training organization headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. At FPG, he worked alongside CEO Jason Forrest to build and refine a recruiting methodology grounded in sales psychology, behavioral evaluation, and performance criteria. That methodology became the foundation for The PRECISION Method™.
Marshall's career in recruiting began during his service in the United States Army, where he transitioned from combat operations into talent acquisition. Over the course of his military career, he led recruiting teams across multiple regions, ran two recruiting stations as Station Commander, and served as a Master Trainer responsible for developing other recruiters. It was during this time that he recognized the direct parallels between effective recruiting and professional selling, and began developing the structured evaluation methods he uses today.
His experience spans both high-volume recruiting environments and executive-level sales searches. He has built teams, trained recruiters, and coached hiring managers across a wide range of industries. Today, that experience is reflected in the structured hiring process he delivers to every client engagement.
Education and Credentials
Marshall holds two graduate degrees:
- Master of Science in Legal Studies (Business Law and Compliance, specializing in manufacturing and Oil and Gas), Texas A&M University
- Master's in Human Resources and Organizational Development, University of Louisville
These programs strengthened his understanding of employment practices, organizational behavior, and the legal frameworks that govern hiring decisions. He applies this knowledge to build compliant, defensible, and effective recruiting processes for his clients.
