An established industrial packaging and logistics services company is hiring a Sales & Business Development Representative in Dallas, TX. This outside B2B sales role focuses on new business development within industrial packaging, custom crating, regulated shipping, and compliance-driven logistics solutions.

This is a growth position supporting the Dallas market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in the Dallas–Fort Worth market

  • Prospect and develop industrial and manufacturing accounts

  • Sell custom crating, industrial packaging, warehousing, and regulated shipping solutions

  • Conduct on-site client consultations and needs assessments

  • Prepare proposals for domestic and international transport services

  • Maintain CRM pipeline management and forecasting

  • Collaborate with operations and compliance teams

  • Attend trade shows and industry networking events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience

  • Experience in industrial services, logistics, freight, packaging, supply chain, or manufacturing preferred

  • Proven new business development track record

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • CRM experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%

Experience with hazardous materials or regulated shipping environments is a plus but not required.
