Base Salary: $65,000–$85,000 + Quarterly Commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$140,000+
Travel: Up to 15%
An established industrial packaging and logistics services company is hiring a Sales & Business Development Representative in Dallas, TX. This outside B2B sales role focuses on new business development within industrial packaging, custom crating, regulated shipping, and compliance-driven logistics solutions.
This is a growth position supporting the Dallas market.
Job Responsibilities
Generate new business in the Dallas–Fort Worth market
Prospect and develop industrial and manufacturing accounts
Sell custom crating, industrial packaging, warehousing, and regulated shipping solutions
Conduct on-site client consultations and needs assessments
Prepare proposals for domestic and international transport services
Maintain CRM pipeline management and forecasting
Collaborate with operations and compliance teams
Attend trade shows and industry networking events
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience
Experience in industrial services, logistics, freight, packaging, supply chain, or manufacturing preferred
Proven new business development track record
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience required
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Willingness to travel up to 15%
Experience with hazardous materials or regulated shipping environments is a plus but not required.

Base salary of $65,000–$85,000 (flexible for strong experience)
