This is not a company in maintenance mode. They are entering an aggressive growth phase and hiring a Territory Sales Manager to lead that charge — reporting directly to ownership, sitting on the leadership team, and driving revenue into new vertical markets.

What You Will Do

  • Acquire new OEM and industrial accounts through consultative, relationship-driven selling
  • Grow revenue within an established customer base while expanding into municipal, food processing, marine, and aerospace markets
  • Manage and support 12 independent manufacturer representatives across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
  • Lead quoting strategy on capital equipment and engineered components — system values often exceeding $250,000
  • Collaborate with engineering on technical applications and solutions
  • Work with ownership and outside consultants to execute structured market expansion

What We Are Looking For

Required
  • B2B sales experience in industrial manufacturing, castings, CNC machining, OEM components, or related fields
  • Ability to communicate with engineers, plant managers, and operations leaders
  • Hunter mentality with a track record of new business development
  • CRM discipline and comfort with activity tracking and scorecards
  • Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week
Preferred
  • Mechanical engineering background (not required — but a strong advantage)
  • Experience managing independent manufacturer representatives
  • Familiarity with furnace, heat-treat, or high-temperature applications

Compensation & Upside

Base Salary
$85K–$100K
Depending on experience
