Precision Sales Recruiting
Location: Remote (ability to travel for three days once per quarter to HQ in Fort Worth, TX)
Preference: Candidates living in Texas
Overview
Precision Sales Recruiting specializes in recruiting sales talent. We believe great salespeople are best recruited by people who understand how sales actually works.Â
We are known for a white-glove, high-touch experience for both clients and candidates. We stay involved throughout the entire process, including strategy, candidate preparation, interview coordination, and consistent communication.Â
Why this role exists
This role supports our ongoing delivery of high-quality searches while protecting the standard our clients and candidates expect.Â
The Role
As a Sales Recruiter, you will take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for individual contributor sales roles. This is not a transactional sourcing role. You will act as a consultant to both clients and candidates and represent Precision Sales Recruiting in every interaction.Â
You will be trained directly on our recruiting methodology, client consultation process, and candidate experience standards. This role is a strong fit for an early-career sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in recruiting and takes pride in doing things the right way.Â
What You Will Do
Partner with clients to understand sales roles, expectations, and hiring goalsÂ
Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for each searchÂ
Proactively source and engage high-quality sales candidatesÂ
Evaluate candidates for sales skills, behaviors, and mindsetÂ
Conduct structured interviews that go beyond resumesÂ
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the processÂ
Coordinate interviews and next stepsÂ
Present well-prepared candidates to clients with clear insights and recommendationsÂ
Manage your pipeline using an ATSÂ
What Success Looks Like
Candidates trust you, feel prepared, and advocate for your professionalismÂ
Clients rely on your judgment and value your inputÂ
Details do not fall through the cracksÂ
You operate with ownership, urgency, and integrityÂ
You own and learn from mistakesÂ
You consistently raise the bar for the candidate and client experience
What Success Does Not Look Like
Success in this role is not measured by activity for activity’s sake. We care about outcomes, judgment, and follow-through.
Success is not:
Sending a high volume of candidates without regard for quality or fit
Measuring performance by the number of outbound messages or daily outreach activity
Treating recruiting as a numbers game rather than a consulting process
Focusing on making an ATS or CRM look busy instead of moving searches forward
Needing constant oversight or micromanagement to stay on track
This role rewards thoughtful execution, strong communication, and ownership. We value recruiters who think critically, manage details proactively, and take responsibility for delivering the right outcomes for clients and candidates.

That said, because we believe sales skills matter, we welcome recruiters who are comfortable initiating conversations and identifying potential opportunities.
If you source or refer a qualified prospect and successfully book a sales conversation, you will earn a 10 percent commission on the resulting recruiting engagement. You are not responsible for pitching, negotiating, or closing the deal. Your role ends at booking the conversation.
